The 12-week Premium Plan builds upon the 8-week premium program with additional four enhanced modules for comprehensive learning  and lifestyle mastery.

THE 3R METHOD™ PROGRAM

Your program is divided into focused modules designed to deliver progressive, evidence-based results. Each stage of the 3R™ Method builds upon the last, offering clinical guidance, personalised tools, and lifestyle strategies to help you restore balance, renew vitality, and regain control of your wellbeing.

The standard group or premium 1:1 8-week plan includes the following modules:

The 12-week Premium Plan extends the 8-week framework with four enhanced modules for a deeper, more comprehensive transformation and in-depth journey.
